Shipping and Returns

Your Dimensional Abstract painting will be carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of cushioning material. We sell them framed so that the painting will be protected from bending and other damage, particularly the edges of the panel.  We use USPS Priority Mail 2-day service at NO COST to you. However, this means that we only are able to ship packages to the lower 48 states. But if you live in Canada, contact us and we will see what we can do, for an extra charge. Of course, we are not responsible for Customs duties or other fees.

Please visit our Framing page (follow link in the menu at the bottom of the page) to learn more; it’s important to note that we await your instructions as to which frame of the three finishes you would like on your painting, and only then will it be framed. This means it may take five to seven days from the time of your order for us to ship your painting to you. We do not stock these frames at our studio, but order them from a local wholesale company. Remember, framing of your Dimensional Abstract is free! When you check out, make note of the type of frame you want in the Instructions area. Returns are something we hope to never see, but things do happen in life! As mentioned above, we use USPS Priority Mail 2-day service which has been very reliable in our experience. For example, if we mail your package from here in Fort Lauderdale on a Wednesday morning, and you live, say, in Colorado, you should have your package by Saturday. As we get close to the holidays, this is very important! We will send you a tracking number when it ships, but it is YOUR responsibility to monitor the package delivery as this box will be 16″ x 16″ x 4″ and thus will not fit in a mailbox. Depending upon your local letter carrier, your package may be brought to your door or even brought back to the Post Office and a notice left in your mailbox. This is not something we can control. If your painting should arrive damaged, please contact your local Postmaster to file a claim.

Your Energy Texture sculptured 6″ square canvas is priced so low that we can’t include the shipping charge (which sure have gone up recently!). But if you live in the Fort Lauderdale area, you might be able to pick it up from Donna at either her studio, by appointment, or meet her at a safe location convenient to both of you so she can place it directly into your hands. This service is free! Please call us at (954) 474-8194 so we might work something out with you!

We are trying to use the least expensive method of mailing it to you, which calls for us to visit the Post Office in person. Thus, to ship your Energy Texture 6″ sculpted canvas to you, we must charge $15 to defray the actual costs. 

Please do let us know if it is a gift; you might consider having us mail it to your recipient directly?

 Although we cannot possibly imagine why you would want to return a unique and beautiful work of art after carefully examining the photographs on our website 😉 if for some reason your artwork does not delight you, please mail it back to us IN THE SAME BOX and wrapped as well as we did (unless the box is damaged) NOT MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. Once the painting has arrived and is in the same condition as when we mailed it to you, only then we can issue a refund for the cost of the artwork only. We try very hard to surpass the expectations of our collectors, but please remember we are a very tiny company (just Donna and Christianna), not a big box store!
