How to Buy My Art!

Thank you for visiting Watching Paint Flow, and if you’ve arrived at this page to buy some of my artwork, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

If you’ve previously visited this website, you might notice there have been some changes. One major change is the elimination of the “Shop” section of the site. Of course, all work on Watching Paint Flow is for sale, except pieces marked Sold. But since my Dimensional Abstracts and Energy Texture sculptures are one-of-a-kind and impossible to duplicate, I realized that the typical “e-commerce” shopping interface, with Shop/Cart/Checkout was not a good fit for me. All of my sales have occurred through personal contact. I’m not a store! I’m a dedicated solo entrepreneur occasionally assisted by my wonderful daughter, Christianna. So, unlike your typical e-commerce transactions, you will be personally dealing directly with the artist, me, Donna Kazo, She of Many Hats. Honestly, I think it’s better this way!

My happy goal is to provide you with several swift and secure options to buy my artwork.

To Place an Order:

Step 1: Choose the artwork you want to add to your home!

Step 2: Make note of its specific and unique code.

Step 3: Email me at my personal email adiona (at) yahoo dot com with the code number(s) of the art you wish to purchase. And of course, I will need your name and mailing/shipping address. If you live in Florida, where I reside and do business, I’m required by law to charge sales tax on the purchase. Include how you’d like to pay for your artwork, but PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM ME!

NOTE: Also, in this email, if you are purchasing a Dimensional Abstract, you must tell me what color of frame you want. I have a few frames in stock, but usually I have to order from my wholesaler, which adds three-five days to the time in which you’ll receive your artwork. This also depends on the day of the week in which you place your order. I’m happy to discuss framing choices with you, either by email or phone! Yes, I still have a landline! 954.474.8194 but it’s voice only, no texts can be received. There is more information on my Framing page.

Step 4: I will reply promptly to your email, including the total price you must pay for your artwork. At this time I will place a “Hold” on the piece(s) until I hear back from you. If you want to use PayPal, I will send you the email address associated with both my PayPal account and Zelle, the free bank transfer method.

Step 5: Once you’ve received my confirmation email, you may pay for your artwork by one of several methods. You can either use PayPal (which also means you can use your credit card) which has a small transaction fee, or Zelle, which transfers money directly into my bank account at no cost to you. All of our financial information remains secure and private, and your payment arrives within minutes, so I can get right into shipping your artwork to you! You can also snail-mail me a check or money order. If this is your choice, let me know in your first email and I will send you the address to which you send your payment in my confirmation email. If you live in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, area, it’s also possible for us to meet in person, details of which we can handle via email, or by phone.

Step 6: I will email you when your payment arrives.

Step 7: I will email you when your package is shipped, with a tracking number. As I’ll likely have to make a trip to the post office to ship your package, allow a bit of time for that adventure

Step 8: Usually the USPS lets me know when a package has been delivered, which is great, in case they give it to the wrong person! (Happened to me just the other day!) So the moment I see that your package has been delivered, I will shoot an email to you. There’s more information on our Shipping Page, including how we handle returns. (Not that anyone has ever returned a piece of art that I sold them, proud to say!)
