All of my Wavelength Rhythm paintings are experiments which allow me to try out many ideas that have been suppressed for years, even decades. So I am delighted that I’ve been able to explore my fascination with surfaces that are being destroyed by environmental conditions. This faux-stone architectural element was great fun to create, especially the “moss” which was achieved with a bit of Sap Green rubbed in with my finger.

As I create the shapes with my special acrylic medium, the pattern that emerges usually has something to do with the music I am listening to…spiral out, keep going…Life is made up of wavelengths, after all.

The identifying number of this painting is 2016DAWR062SP.

It measures 12″ by 12″ and was first richly textured with my special medium, then painted on a panel with highest-quality acrylic mediums and pigments. My techniques include pouring, squirting, brushing, wiping, dabbing and watching the paint flow through the textures I made: messy but the result is worth it…and which is why each painting is utterly unique.

Like all of the paintings in this series, it can be enjoyed from any direction, and it comes framed with sawtooth hangers that let you choose what way it will hang on your wall. It looks good in the classic black or crisp white finishes you see here. It’s your choice! After purchase of painting, please then email us at adiona (at) yahoo.com to let us know of your frame selection.

$375 includes professional quality framing and FREE shipping (but at this time we only ship to the lower 48 states, sorry).

Sales tax is extra.

Please remember that everyone’s monitor or device shows the color differently. You can see in these photos how the light changes the paintings!
